Virtual Program Overview
Initial Saliva Hormone Test $205
Patients begin by speaking with a member of our medical team, completing a virtual intake form, and an at-home saliva hormone test kit. This non-invasive test measures key hormone levels such as estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, cortisol, and DHEA. The kit includes detailed instructions and prepaid return packaging for lab submission.
Lab & Medical Review $210
Once results are processed, patients attend a virtual consultation with our OBGYN Practitioner. During this appointment, the provider reviews lab findings in detail, discusses symptoms and goals, and creates a personalized treatment plan tailored to the patient’s hormonal needs. Should you move forward with the program, this fee will be put towards your first months membership cost.
