Medications are shipped directly to your home, and our team remains available to support you throughout your treatment with regular follow-ups, education, and unlimited communication between appointments.

Good to Know

Scheduled Treatment Breaks: Your provider may recommend a 2–4 week break from certain peptides, which may occur approximately every 3-6 months. During this time, you’ll continue your monthly follow-up care, and updated testing may be required before restarting. Treatment breaks are factored into your monthly pricing, so membership fees remain the same even when medication is not dispensed during a scheduled break.

Billing: Your first month is prorated, and you’ll pay for both the prorated month and the upcoming month upfront. After that, membership auto-bills on the 1st of each month.

Changing tiers: Removing a peptide from your regimen requires 60 days’ written notice (medications are dispensed in 60–90 day supplies).

Canceling: Requires 60 days’ written notice (text or email) plus a final follow-up visit ($100 fee) to close out your care safely.

Shipping address changes: Must be submitted in writing (text or email) before your medication ships. Confirmation of address is patients responsibility. We can’t accept verbal changes, even during appointments.

Lost or damaged medication: Once dispensed, you’re responsible for your medication. If it’s lost, damaged, or discarded, replacement costs one full month’s program fee.
