​Before Treatment:  Avoid aspirin, ibuprofen, Advil, or other NSAIDs for 24 hours prior to treatment to reduce the risk of bruising. Do not discontinue any prescribed medications.

After Treatment: Remain upright for 4 hours following treatment. Do not rub or massage treated areas until the following morning. Avoid strenuous exercise until the next day. Avoid saunas, steam rooms, and excessive heat for 48 hours.

Possible Side Effects: Mild headache may occur the evening of treatment or the following day; acetaminophen (Tylenol) may be taken if needed. Bruising is a possible risk with any injectable.

Contraindications: Treatment is not permitted if you are pregnant or breastfeeding/pumping. If you have autoimmune, neuromuscular, or musculoskeletal conditions, please contact our office at 516-996-4810 prior to your appointment to determine eligibility.

Product & Pricing: Neuromodulators administered include Xeomin, Jeuveau, or Daxxify unless brand-name Botox® is specifically requested. These products have comparable onset and duration to Botox®. Product goes into effect in 3–5 days with full results at 14 days. Neuromodulators are FDA-labeled to last approximately 3 months. Product begins to metabolize at 4 weeks and a full treatment is needed by 12 weeks.

Pricing is per unit, not per area. Touch-ups are not included; any additional units at the 2-week follow-up are billed at above per unit price.​

Payment: Accepted forms of payment for injectables are cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Cash preferred. Credit cards are not accepted, but a card may be linked through Venmo. Payment is due at the time of service.

 

Venmo Instructions: Please set up and link your bank account at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. When submitting payment through Venmo, include a 😃 in the payment note and do not select “payment for goods or services,” as Venmo will deduct fees and a balance will remain due.​

Cancellation Policy: A rebooking fee of $100 applies to cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment. Two consecutive cancellations will result in a $100 rebooking fee regardless of notice.
